According to its strategic plan, Kabul University of Medical Sciences "Abu Ali Ibn Sina" has electronic education as part of its teaching programs for the students of this institution, which is done under the supervision of the computer branch.
On the other hand, computer and information technology training programs are taught in the form of training courses for academic staff and employees.
Kabul University of Medical Sciences has created a video conference, which is currently connected with IAEA and Leiden University of the Netherlands through this way, it consists of five classrooms equipped with video-audio devices and a training room with twenty computers.
With the establishment of the English language strengthening center and the establishment of the English for Specific Purpose ESP department, the English language of the respected professors of the University of Medical Sciences will be strengthened, when the respected students want; The more they strengthen their English language while teaching English within the academic curriculum, the more they use this educational center

On March 15, 2019, the Ministry of Higher Education signed an agreement with the Ministry of Human Resources Development
The Indian Friendly Country (MHRD) has signed, as a result of which Afghan universities can use the online courses of the Indian National Platform under the name (SWAYAM) and the National Digital Library of India (NDLI).
