Human Resources Directorate
Introduction:
The Human Resources department is an important and fundamental part of all government administrations and private companies. The HR department is based on the idea that employees should be considered as humans, not just tools for work. One of the objectives of human resources is to select qualified individuals for desired positions and develop the skills of employees so that they can perform their assigned tasks in the best possible way. Human resources is important because it understands the human aspects in an organization and its strategic importance. HR tasks are largely related to administrative matters and include specific issues such as transparent selection and hiring processes, job analysis, formation review and development, talent growth, capacity building through training programs, employee performance evaluation, preparation of salary reports, and other personnel matters applicable to all organizations.
Objectives and Services:
- Selection of new employees (announcement of vacant positions, Analysis and evaluation requests, evaluations and interviews)
- Development of skills and capabilities (through employee training and new employee trial periods)
- Arrangement and organization of information about each employee (attendance records, information about skills and abilities, Salary records etc.)
- Time management (Employee evaluation is about their use of time and their performance.)
- Benefits arrangement (inclusion in beneficial programs such as health care,
- insurance plans,
- retirement plans)
- Control over vacant position announcements,
- distribution forms for candidates,
- informing candidates to start competitive employment process.
- Attendance control on a daily basis
- and matching leave permits for employees to strengthen fairness.
- Supervision over the order forms P2 decision-making process,
- transfer forms for relevant authorities.
