Student Affairs Vice Presidency
The Vice Presidency for Student Affairs serves as the primary point of contact for students with the university administration. Additionally, academic institutions base all their activities on the production and dissemination of knowledge for students. The core of all functions within educational institutions revolves around the growth and development of students' talents. Therefore, the Student Affairs Vice Presidency acts as a supervisor and policy designer for all matters concerning students and holds a significant position within universities. All factors that ensure student success are primarily dependent on the effective activities of the Vice Presidency for Student Affairs.
The Student Affairs Vice Presidency executes its responsibilities through an educational commission, two directorates, and four various committees.

The Vice Presidency for Student Affairs at Kabul University of Medical Sciences "Abu Ali ibn Sina" aims to establish itself as one of the essential vice presidencies of the university by creating a conducive environment for enhancing academic levels, professional skills, and nurturing the hidden talents of the youth at this institution. Our student must demonstrate themselves as committed valuable, and faithful youth in education matters with tireless initiative and diligence along with active participation in affaires.

▎ Main Activities of the Student Affairs Vice Presidency
- Overseeing the distribution of diplomas, transcripts, examination results, and identity cards for students.
- Monitoring and controlling matters related to the preservation and maintenance of student enrollment and graduation documents.
- Supervising the enforcement of discipline regulations among students.
- Overseeing student admissions into faculties, dormitories, and managing student allowances.
- Reviewing and monitoring matters related to student deferments and transfers.
- Guiding the allocation of classrooms to ensure timely instruction for students in faculties.
- Supervising the scheduling and implementation of timetables for course commencement and examinations in faculties.
- Collaborating systematically with the Outstanding Students Committee to facilitate their introduction to academic programs abroad.
- Assisting and guiding the Cultural Council of the university to enhance social activities for students.
- Monitoring and controlling the preparation of results sheets and graduation records to facilitate graduates' introductions to public and private institutions.
- Organizing and overseeing academic conferences and seminars for students within their respective faculties, as well as government examinations for graduates.
